This section provides context for the APPP. As well as outlining the purpose, the contents, the principles and values, it also acknowledges those involved in developing the safeguarding policy and procedures for the South Tyneside Safeguarding Adults Board.
This section sets out the different stages of the safeguarding enquiry process, where there are concerns about an adult who is at risk of or experiencing abuse or neglect. It also includes supplementary information.
